Transitions
Transitions examines moments where movement pauses and outcomes remain unresolved. The photographs focus on thresholds—between land and water, motion and stillness, presence and absence—where change is suggested but not yet complete.
Across wildlife, human figures, and expansive landscapes, subjects appear at points of balance or hesitation. Animals are shown mid-action, suspended between departure and arrival. Human presence is small and temporary, framed by boats, doors, and open terrain that imply passage rather than permanence. The environments themselves reflect instability, with natural elements meeting or separating.
Rather than depicting decisive events, this body of work concentrates on the interval between them, emphasizing transition as a condition rather than a conclusion.
